This single-story home will utilize the vast catalog of green building products procured by the Smart Building Group. The prototype will use these sustainable materials as well as passive/active systems to maximize energy efficiency. This project will also serve as a proof-of-concept for the GCT Structural Building System, a robust and environmentally friendly insulated concrete panel. The site work includes a new drive and xeriscaping.
