This project is a renovation of a 2330 SF residential home in McAllen, TX. The design focuses on giving it a new life by incorporating Mediterranean elements throughout the interior. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets and baths, a living area, kitchen and dining, studio room, patio, and the emphasis is on the indoor garden which opens up to 3 other rooms. The interior highlights bright and communal spaces, and seamless indoor and outdoor living. It features textured white walls combined with natural woods for a warm and inviting atmosphere and amped up the color of the spaces with rich patterned tilework.
