The existing medical office will be converted into Los Zafiros Mexican Restaurant, an upscale bar, and grille within a stand-alone warm shell. The existing wood frame construction requires a new grease trap, vent hood, MUA, and plumbing infrastructure to support the new function. The sprinkler system has been adjusted the heads and the HVAC ductwork will need to be rerouted to accommodate the design. Exterior work includes signage, an outdoor patio area with railing, gates, lighting, and heaters.
