The Tech Alley is a training center for careers in STEM. The spaces will utilize a classroom-type setting and will demand heavy power and lighting usage. A lounge and bar will be located on the third level as well as an exterior roof deck and heliport for drones. The scope includes a unique digital wall, computer workstations, LED ambient lighting, and a 3D print lab.
