The site is a 3.42-acre commercial lot with an existing commercial retail building and an existing 4,000-SF storage building to be demolished. The intent of the development would be to mirror the exact building on the other side of the lot with a bar building between the two.

The building will be a cold, dark shell constructed of structural steel over a slab-on-grade reinforced concrete foundation. The exterior material will match the adjacent building with EIFS and storefront with several man doors in the back. The intent is to provide a mixed-use commercial strip center for potential retail, restaurant, and other commercial business tenants.
