Peckerwoods is an iconic feed store since derelict in the Wills Point Community. The project consists of an extension to an existing brick gas station. The entire building will be renovated to serve as a Travel Stop. The program will include a commercial kitchen, replaced beverage cooler, cafe/bar/restaurant, seating, office, restrooms, and checkout counter. The exterior will be clad in masonry veneer and metal panels. The exterior improvements include an upgrade to the existing hardscape as well as added parking and lighting to the back of the house. The entire facade will receive a reskin to have a clean and contemporary refresh
